All orders will ship for a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping within the United States. Orders over $100 will ship for free! Currently we only offer standard priority shipping. Orders placed with Scout & Cloth will generally ship within 2-4 business days. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with a tracking number. If your local and order an item for pickup you will have that option at checkout. Free Shipping is only for customers outside of Washington county. All locals please select in store pick up (unless you pay for shipping) for your orders and we will get your items ready from our warehouse and have them transported to our store in which we will send you a notice that your order is ready for pickup (usually within 12-24 hrs) of you need it sooner, contact us before purchasing via dm on instagram and we can let you know if that is possible. We do not ship to locals for free during promotional free shipping times, your items can be picked up at your leisure or we can arrange delivery if it is in our near vicinity, but that must be communicated prior.
All local (Washington county residents) purchases On Free Shipping wednesday and purchases over $100+ will automatically deafult to in store pickup if in store pickup is not selected at checkout.
Scout & Cloth gladly accepts returns in the form of exchanges or credit of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise We are not liable for what happens to your item after wear. purchased on our site for a full store credit within 30 days of original purchase.keep that in mind for shipping time, if you are mailing iwe will deduct 25% off your credit for an items return after the 30 days. Tag's must be attached to garment for return. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" or "clearance" is final sale and cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
